Non-Returnable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery to discuss your concerns.

When Issues Occur

If your order arrives thawed, has a processing issue, or if packaging is compromised during transit, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Deposits

Deposits for bulk meat orders are non-refundable. If you cannot pay the remaining balance, you may transfer your reservation to another customer.
