This Shipping Policy explains how Dry Creek Heritage Meats (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles the packaging and delivery of your orders placed through drycreekheritagemeats.com. Please review this carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. We are not responsible for rerouted boxes due to incorrect shipping information. Our delivery guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of packages that must be rerouted by the carrier.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Pre-ordered items ship during the estimated fulfillment dates provided at checkout.

  • In-stock items typically ship within two weeks, on the next scheduled shipping day (usually the first and third week of each month).

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Packaging

We use insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to keep your meat cold during transit. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is delayed, we will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives late, thawed, or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate and offer a resolution (such as replacement, refund, or other solution) according to our Refund Policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Handling & Freshness

  • All products are shipped frozen from our farm.

  • Upon receipt, please freeze your items immediately and keep them frozen until ready to use.

  • Spoilage not reported within 24 hours of delivery will be at the customer’s loss.

  • Other defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
